Provisions on handling violations of discipline and discipline in public recruitment of public institutions

In order to strengthen the open recruitment management of public institutions, standardize the identification and handling of violations in open recruitment, and ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of recruitment, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions and other relevant provisions. These Provisions shall apply to the identification and handling of violations of discipline and discipline in the open recruitment of public institutions.

Comprehensive personnel management departments of public institutions at all levels, competent departments of public institutions and recruiting units shall, in accordance with the management authority of public institutions, identify and deal with violations of discipline and discipline in open recruitment in accordance with these Provisions.
