2. Interview location and registration time

The interview test center is located at the Guangdong Provincial Personnel Examination Yunfu Base, No. 100, Gaofengdajiangping, Yuncheng District, Yunfu City. Candidates must report to the examination center waiting room (computer room on the second floor of the examination administration building) 45 minutes before the interview starts (i.e. before 7:45 am). Candidates who do not enter the waiting room before 7:45 a.m. on the day of the interview will be deemed to have given up their interview qualifications. Candidates for the interview must bring their written examination admission ticket and personal ID card. Persons with incomplete documents or inconsistent identities are not allowed to enter the waiting room and will be deemed to have given up their interview qualifications and will not be allowed to participate in the interview.

3. Interview method

Conducted in the form of a structured interview, it mainly tests the candidates' ideological and political qualities, organizational management, emergency response, comprehensive analysis and other aspects, as well as verbal expression, The state of conduct and appearance. The interview time is 15 minutes.

Instructions for interview candidates

1. Candidates must follow the published interview time and examination room arrangements, and arrive at the designated examination room with their admission ticket and ID card at least 45 minutes before the interview starts on the day. Register and participate in the interview draw. The communication tools and audio and video transmitting and receiving equipment carried by the candidates must be turned off and handed over to the staff for safekeeping together with backpacks, schoolbags and other items, and will be collected when leaving the venue after the exam.

2. Candidates who do not enter the waiting room at 7:45 a.m. on the day of the interview will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications; candidates who do not carry all their documents will be disqualified from the interview.

3. Candidates are not allowed to wear uniforms or clothing with obvious text or pattern logos to attend the interview.

4. After the candidates register, the staff will organize the candidates to draw lots according to the order of groups to determine the order of interviews. Candidates should be interviewed in the order determined by the draw.

5. After the interview begins, the staff will guide the candidates one by one into the interview room in the order of the lottery. Candidates waiting for the exam must wait quietly in the waiting room, do not make any noise, do not disturb others, and obey the management of the staff. During the waiting period, the room will be completely closed, and candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting room without permission. If you need to use the restroom, you must obtain permission from the staff and be accompanied by the staff. If candidates who are waiting for the exam need to leave the examination room, they should submit a written application, and they will be treated as abandoning the examination after being approved by the examiner of the examination room. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to pass test question information to candidates.

6. Candidates must answer the judges’ questions in Mandarin. During the interview, you should strictly follow the judges' questions and answers, and you are not allowed to report, disclose or imply personal information. Your identity will be shown by a lottery code. If the candidate is not clear about the judges' questions, he or she can ask the judges to read the questions again.

7. After the interview, candidates should wait in the waiting room. After the interview results are tallied, they will sign and receive the "Interview Results Notification". Candidates must obey the judges' evaluation of their own performance and are not allowed to ask for extra points, check points, retest, or make unreasonable troubles.

8. After completing the interview and obtaining the "Interview Results Notification", candidates should leave the examination room immediately and are not allowed to stay near the examination room.

9. Candidates should accept the management of on-site staff. Those who violate the interview regulations will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Guangdong Province Public Recruitment Interview Work Standards (Trial)".
