During the term of the contract, the employee of the labor dispatch system shall not propose to terminate the labor contract in principle.

The local community, together with the labor dispatch company, implements the management mode of regular assessment and survival of the fittest for the labor dispatch personnel. If the annual assessment fails, the labor contract shall be terminated.
