Radio interview in James Zhu
Moderator: Hello, Mr. Zhu, I read some of your articles before recording the program, which made me deeply touched, especially the three common problems in the management of private enterprises. This article has written a lot about the current situation of private enterprise management. Why do you feel this way? You can tell us about it.
James Zhu: I have worked in a foreign-funded private enterprise for many years, and I have met many bosses and communicated with them, so I can see the problems at close range. Foreign enterprises have the advantages of foreign enterprises, and private enterprises have the advantages of private enterprises. There is no distinction between good and bad enterprises, only suitable and unsuitable. Foreign companies have taught us how to formalize, streamline and standardize, while private enterprises have taught us how to maximize work, speed up execution, diversify capabilities and so on.
Moderator: Mr Zhu, how do you analyze the development opportunities of private enterprises?
James Zhu: With the state's support for private enterprises and the protection of independent brands, I think private enterprises still have a lot of room for development in the future, provided that we private enterprises must improve various management mechanisms and corresponding processes. Attract a large number of outstanding talents to join and develop more valuable products.
Moderator: What advice do you have for managers who are choosing and jumping ship?
James Zhu: First of all, we should analyze our personality and hobbies, and treat our strengths and weaknesses rationally. At the same time, it is necessary to analyze the management style and culture of foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises to see whether their own strengths can be maximized and whether the team atmosphere can match.
Moderator: As far as I know, Teacher Zhu seems to have a good knowledge of blood types. Can you share it with us?
James Zhu: This is not an in-depth study. I just summed up some experience of recruitment interview for more than ten years. For example, people with type O blood are good at communication and coordination and have strong execution. Usually, they are more managers. People with type A blood are usually more careful and comprehensive, so financial management is more appropriate. In the process of team formation, it is mainly to see whether the two can complement each other. There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams.
Moderator: Thank you very much for your wonderful sharing.
