The written examination is a graded and classified examination. Ordinary positions at the municipal level and above, Hunan Police College teachers and teaching assistant positions, the examination "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Theory" (provincial and municipal papers). Ordinary positions at the county level and township (street) positions (including positions in township and street units assigned by county and city-level agencies) are subject to the examination of "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Theory" (county and township papers). Ordinary positions in courts and procuratorates, people's police positions in judicial administrative organs and people's police positions in courts and procuratorates are subject to the examination of "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Applying Theory" (Administrative Law Enforcement Volume). For the positions of assistant judge and assistant prosecutor, the three subjects of "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test", "Applying Theory" (Administrative Law Enforcement Paper) and "Legal Professional Knowledge" are tested.
