Registration requirements of institutions in xinhuang dong autonomous county, Huaihua, Hunan Province in 2023

(1) has China nationality;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(3) Having good conduct and professional ethics;

(4) Having the professional and technical conditions required for the post;

(5) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

(6) Other conditions required for the post.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of institutions of all levels and types, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions", people who are recorded in the integrity files of candidates in open recruitment of institutions and whose recording period is not full;

5. Persons who are included in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

6. People with a history of drug abuse;

7. Military personnel;

8. Full-time non-2023 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who are studying (full-time non-2023 graduates who are studying cannot apply for undergraduate degrees, and so on in other cases);

9. Full staff of government agencies and institutions in the county;

10. It is stipulated by laws and policies that people who are staff members of public institutions shall not be employed;
