Guizhou Railway Technician College (Guiyang Railway Senior Technical School) belongs to China Railway Fifth Bureau Group Corporation and was established with the approval of the former Ministry of Railways in the early 1980s.

With a long history, it is the only national-level senior technical school in the "railway industry" in Guizhou Province, with distinctive school-running characteristics. It is a provincial-level high-skilled personnel training base, a provincial-level construction special operation training institution, the 12th National Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute, the teaching point of the Network College of Southwest Jiaotong University, the teaching point of the self-study examination of Guizhou University, and the correspondence teaching point of Changsha Institute of Technology. Qingzhen Campus (Lease) is located in Maolishan, Baihua Community, qingzhen city, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, with a campus area of 320 mu and a construction area of 63 10.5㎡.
