How to issue the notice of recruiting non-active civilian personnel (cadres) in the army

You will receive a notice from the cadre department of the recruiting unit, usually by phone first. Get the file transfer letter, hand in the file and sign the employment contract.

This is completely different from conscription. This program is not complicated. You just need to contact your employer.

Be careful when you are not in active service.
