Pass the acceptance! The passive window of Otian Shunda Mercer 75 aluminum system appeared in Beijing Future Science City.

In recent years, ultra-low energy consumption buildings have become an important carrier under the national green development strategy. Recently, a new school in Beijing, Changping Future Science City No.2 Middle School, was completed, which attracted wide attention. The total construction area of the project is 23,088.82 square meters, of which1194.96 square meters is an ultra-low energy consumption building demonstration area (including the teaching building, the administrative building and the above-ground part of the student apartment). Its assembled+ultra-low-energy building +BIM technology "architectural combination boxing" has also attracted people from industries and management departments from all over the world to visit.

Fight against the accumulation of energy-consuming black holes for many years

Doors and windows are recognized as "energy black holes" in the construction industry. In ultra-low energy consumption buildings, the thermal insulation performance of doors and windows is particularly important. Faced with the demand for passive ultra-low energy consumption doors and windows of more than 2,600 square meters, Orun Shunda Group chose 75 series aluminum passive windows for its Mercer doors and windows, which took two years from design to implementation. This door and window is a window certified by PHI (German Passive Housing Research Institute), all of which are imported accessories.
