Legal analysis: the age of construction elevator operation certificate cannot exceed 60 years old.

The personnel participating in the assessment shall meet the following conditions:

(4) Having work experience suitable for the type of work applied for;

(five) have the corresponding knowledge and skills of safety technology;

(six) meet other requirements stipulated in the safety technical specifications.

The specific conditions of operators shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant safety technical specifications.
