4. Registration requirements

(3) Qualification review

Each examinee who passes the qualification review will pay an examination fee of 100 yuan. Each applicant can only apply for one position.

IV. Written test

(1) Written test content: the knowledge required to perform job responsibilities (the test scope and test books are not specified, and no training courses are held).

(2) Written test score: 100 points.

5. Interview and total score calculation

(1) The interview is organized and implemented by the Office of the Leading Group for Examination and Adjustment. The interviewers will be determined based on the order of written test scores from high to low and within a ratio of 3:1 (inclusive) between the number of interviews and the number of job transfer plans. The candidates for the same position who are tied for the bottom in the written test will be determined as interviewers at the same time.

(2) The interview will be conducted using a structured interview method, with a total interview score of 100 points.

(3) Candidates who enter the interview must go to the designated location on time with the original "Interview Admission Ticket" and valid "Resident Identity Card" ("Resident Temporary Identity Card") and relevant information on epidemic prevention and control. interview.

(4) Candidates whose interview score is less than 60 points will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

(6) Calculation of total score.

The total score is calculated according to the percentage system. The total score = written test score × 60 and interview score × 40.

Written test scores, interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places. If the total scores of candidates for the same position are tied at the bottom, the one with the higher written test score will advance to the next stage; if the written test scores and interview scores are the same, the candidate for the next stage will be determined through a re-examination interview.

VI. Inspection

According to the number of positions in the examination and transfer plan, the inspection objects will be determined from high to low based on the total score. The inspection work will be implemented by the competent department of the examination and transfer unit.

For the inspection work, an inspection team is established, consisting of more than two formal staff members. The inspection team should listen extensively to opinions, carefully review the personnel files of the inspection targets, be comprehensive, objective, and fair, and write down inspection materials, make inspection conclusions, and put forward transfer suggestions based on the facts.
