2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review, supervision and investigation;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. Persons who have been recorded in the integrity files of open recruitment candidates of public institutions and whose recording period has not expired due to violation of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security);

5. Other personnel who are not allowed to be employed as staff of public institutions as stipulated by laws and policies;

Require 35 years old and below (born on or after July 1984). Those who meet one of "①, ②, ③, ④" in "Education and Qualifications" can be relaxed to 40 years old (born on or after July 1979).

(4) Education and qualifications

On-the-job teachers outside the district have bachelor degree or above, have been engaged in the teaching of the reported post discipline for 5 years or more, have the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding level and discipline, and have the professional and technical post qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers and above, and meet one of the following qualifications:

2. Registration requirements

(1) When registering, candidates should carefully read the announcement and the qualifications of relevant positions, and apply carefully and rationally according to their actual situation. 1. Pre-interview qualification examination

2. Determination of interview candidates

4. Same priority treatment method

If the interview results are the same, those with higher education level will be given priority; If the education level is the same again, priority will be given to those with higher professional and technical posts; Professional and technical positions at the same level shall be determined by the inspection results.

5. Minimum score line setting

The minimum qualified score line is only applicable to positions where the actual reference number does not form competition, and its minimum qualified score line is 85% of the average score of the total number of actual applicants in the same category. If the minimum qualified score is not reached, the examination qualification will be cancelled.

7. Examination requirements

(1) Candidates must bring an admission ticket and a valid ID card at the same time when attending the interview. Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to take the exam.

(2) During the interview, it is forbidden to bring materials, teaching AIDS and electronic tools into the examination room. Those found to be in violation of discipline and fraud will be disqualified on the spot.

(4) Physical examination

According to the interview results, the positions are ranked from high to low, and the list of medical examiners is determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the civil service physical examination standards. Candidates take part in the physical examination with valid resident ID card and admission ticket, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(5) Qualification examination

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selecting and employing people. In any link, if the candidates are found to be fraudulent, their qualifications will be cancelled and they will not be allowed to take the personnel recruitment examination in our district for 3 years.

(6) Investigation

According to the results of physical examination, the list of inspectors is drawn up, focusing on the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and reviewing the candidates' qualifications.

(7) personnel replacement

If there are vacancies due to unqualified medical examination or inspection, voluntary abandonment, disqualification due to violation of discipline, etc., they will be filled from high score to low score according to the interview results.

(8) Publicity

According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the list of personnel to be hired is determined and publicized on the portal website of Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and Xiangbei Talent Employment Network for 7 working days.

(9) Employment

1. The District Education and Sports Bureau will organize the personnel to be hired to choose their own positions in an open, fair and just manner in the order from high score to low score (in position selection, disobedience is regarded as automatic abandonment, and they are not allowed to sign up for teacher recruitment in our district within 3 years).

2. After the candidate is determined, an employment contract will be signed with the school within the specified time, and the competent department of the employer will report to the district personnel department for employment procedures and establish an employment relationship. The probation period is 6 months. After the expiration, those who pass the examination will be formally hired, and those who fail will be dismissed. The minimum service life of this recruitment of teachers is 5 years.
