Is the recruitment information posted by an agency without a business license reliable?

Intermediary companies without administrative license and registration are operating illegally, so workers should not trust them gullibly.

According to Article 40 of the "Employment Promotion Law"

The establishment of a job intermediary agency shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Have clear charter and management system ;

(2) Have fixed places, office facilities and a certain amount of start-up capital necessary for conducting business;

(3) Have a certain number of full-time staff with corresponding professional qualifications ;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

To establish a professional intermediary agency, administrative licensing must be obtained in accordance with the law. Licensed professional intermediaries shall register with the industrial and commercial administrative department. Institutions without legal permission and registration are not allowed to engage in employment agency activities.

If the state has other regulations on foreign-invested professional intermediaries and professional intermediaries that provide overseas employment services to workers, those regulations shall prevail.
