According to the spirit of the document "Notice of Jilin Provincial Health Department and Jilin Provincial Department of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Pilot Work of Recruiting Medical Practitioners in Township Hospitals in Jilin Province (for Trial Implementation)" (Lian Jiwei Fa [2065438+00] No.33), the Provincial Health Department decided to openly recruit 55 medical practitioners to work in township hospitals nationwide. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Organization and Principles

Third, the recruitment target and scope

The recruitment of medical practitioners is geared to the needs of the society, and anyone who meets the recruitment requirements can register.

Employees of public institutions, medical institutions at all levels, and township hospitals do not belong to the recruitment target.

Personnel who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review, and those who are under criminal punishment or who are suspected of violating the law and are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion, do not belong to the recruitment scope.

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

(1) Having the qualification of a medical practitioner;

(2) Having a technical secondary school degree or above in medicine and health recognized by the national education department;

(2) qualification examination. Before July 20th, applicants from all regions will submit the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate, ID card and graduation certificate 1 copy, three application forms and three bareheaded photos for applying for medical practitioners in Jilin Province's project of recruiting township hospitals, and the introduction letter and actual performance certificate issued by my file management unit to the recruitment county (city, district) health bureau for preliminary examination, and the city (state) health bureau will submit them to the provincial project management office for review before July 25th. The publicity contents include the name and gender of the person to be recruited, the name of the township health center to be served, the original work unit (name of medical institution, on-the-job or retired), and the supervision telephone number. The publicity period is 5 days, and social reports are accepted.

(6) determine the candidate. If there is no objection during the publicity period, the provincial project management office shall report to the National Project Management Office for review and filing, and issue a unified recruitment announcement. Recruiting medical practitioners should report directly to the service county (city, district) project management office at the specified time and place after receiving the recruitment notice. Those who fail to report at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

(7) sign a contract. The county (city, district) project management office shall, jointly with relevant local departments, go through the employment procedures with the recruited medical practitioners, and sign the Employment Contract for the Project of Recruiting Medical Practitioners in Township Hospitals of Jilin Province in accordance with relevant regulations, clarifying the rights and obligations of all parties to the contract, and the employment period shall be 5 years. The employment contract is in quintuplicate, one for the project management office of the province, city (state) and county (city, district), one for the township health center, and one for the recruitment of medical practitioners. Both parties to the contract shall strictly abide by the provisions of the project employment contract, and go through the relevant formalities with the relevant local departments. Recruiting medical practitioners should consciously accept management and obey the project arrangement of the unit.

(8) Centralized training. The provincial project management office organizes pre-job training in a unified way, and the training time is 1 to 2 weeks.

(9) registration. The employing unit is responsible for the practice registration procedures for recruiting medical practitioners. According to the needs of the project, with the consent of medical practitioners, the county (city, district) project management office can adjust the service positions of service providers. After the adjustment of service posts, a new project employment contract should be signed in time and reported to the provincial project management office for the record.
