(8) to participate in various activities of comprehensive management of social security organized by local organizations. Article 8 The public security and judicial organs should strengthen the education of law-abiding and strict law enforcement for law enforcement personnel, regularly assess law enforcement personnel, and improve their quality. Chapter III Responsibility for Comprehensive Management of Social Security Article 9 People's governments at all levels and their subordinate departments shall conscientiously perform their duties in the comprehensive management of social security in accordance with the responsibilities stipulated in the Regulations on Comprehensive Management of Social Security in Yunnan Province.

The administrative departments of forestry and industry and commerce should cooperate with the public security organs, strengthen the public security management of nature reserves, conduct regular law enforcement inspections, and severely crack down on the criminal activities of hunting and selling wild animals explicitly protected by the state. Article 1 People's courts at all levels, people's procuratorates, public security, judicial administrative organs, state security organs and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force shall, in accordance with the division of functions and powers prescribed by law, play a functional role in the comprehensive management of social security. Eleventh customs, commodity inspection, animal and plant quarantine departments should cooperate closely to safeguard the national economic order and border security order. The customs should strengthen the supervision and management of inbound and outbound articles, strengthen the work of anti-smuggling, drug control and gun detection, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities such as smuggling and bootlegging. The commodity inspection and animal and plant quarantine departments shall strengthen the quality inspection of import and export goods in border trade.
