Changshu Zero Distance Volunteers are from Changshu Zero Distance.

The full name of Zero Distance Volunteers is Changshu Zero Distance Volunteers Association, referred to as 096 Volunteers. The competent units are Changshu Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences and Changshu Civil Affairs Bureau, and the registration administration organs of private non-enterprise units.
