When will CIC start recruiting in 2023?

CIC's spring recruitment in 2023 is scheduled for mid-April.

Organization profile:

1. China Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIC") was established on September 29, 2007, aiming at realizing diversified investment of foreign exchange funds and maximizing shareholders' rights and interests within an acceptable risk range, so as to serve the needs of national macroeconomic development and deepening financial system reform.

2. After the establishment of CIC, central huijin Investment Co., Ltd. was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIC.

3. CIC has three subsidiaries, namely CIC International Limited Liability Company, CIC Overseas Direct Investment Limited Liability Company and Central Huijin Investment Limited Liability Company.

4. In terms of division of labor, CIC diversified its investment mainly with overseas financial portfolio products, and performed the investor function of state-owned financial institutions on behalf of the country internally, and carried out the reform of state-owned financial institutions.

Risk control:

1. The goal of controlling investment risk is to ensure the orderly operation of investment activities within the acceptable risk range and maximize the interests of shareholders by implementing active risk management, including undertaking and managing risks that can bring investment income, such as market risk and credit risk; Avoid and reduce risks that cannot bring benefits, such as operational risks.

2. CIC has determined its risk preference and risk tolerance according to the characteristics of its own investment model, formulated its risk budget, and implemented a comprehensive risk management system and an internal control system based on COSO standard, an internal control management framework.

3. Established a risk management organization system including the Executive Committee, the Risk Management Committee, the Chief Risk Officer, the Risk Management Department, the Legal Compliance Department and other relevant departments to effectively prevent operational risks and ensure the company's legal, compliant and steady operation.
