The results will be published on the school website within 7 working days after the written test, and the list of participants and interview time will be announced at the same time.
2. interview: after the written test is finished, the written test scores are sorted from high to low, and the list of candidates who enter the interview for each position is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans for each position to the number of candidates who participate in the interview of 1:3. When the number of people who enter the interview for a recruitment position is less than 1:3, the interview shall be conducted according to the actual number of people who enter the interview for the position.
The interview is divided into three parts: first, the defense, in which the candidate answers the questions raised by the examiner, and the examiner gives scores according to the answers; The second is simulated teaching, in which the candidates give lectures on the spot on the teaching contents notified and prepared by our school in advance, and the examiners give scores according to the professional knowledge of the candidates and the trial lectures; Third, the comprehensive interview, which is conducted by the school's talent recruitment working committee and scored, with a total score of 1 points. (VII) Physical examination
According to the comprehensive scores of the candidates, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1: 1 job recruiters. Physical examination is conducted in a professional institution designated by our school, and the physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servants (Trial) (No.1 [25] issued by the Ministry of People's Republic of China).

Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection period, and the inspection content consists of two parts: first, file reading inspection, in which the human resources department reviews the files of the candidates; Second, work inspection, where the human resources department arranges the candidates to be hired for a two-week work internship in the employing department. After the inspection, the employing department makes a comprehensive written evaluation on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel to be hired, and determines whether to formally hire them, and reports them to the Human Resources Department, the competent leader and the principal for approval.
