1. Service departments and other non-foot massage technicians have a three-day probation period before joining the job. Those who pass the probation period are paid and those who fail are not paid.
2. All personnel in the service department sign a one-year contract and pay half a month's salary. Those who have worked for less than one year will be deducted from the half-month salary of the month when they leave the company, which will be used as the loss expenses such as training and meals during the on-the-job period.
3. The pedicure technician needs to sign a one-year contract, and the salary can be settled after working for one year. If the employee leaves the company after working for less than one year, the half-month salary of the month of leaving the company will be deducted by the company as the loss expenses such as meals and training fees during the employment period.
4. The work clothes of female technicians are provided by the company free of charge, and the male technicians bring their own white shirts and trousers.
5. Training: Newly hired technicians will be trained as novices for 20 days and as experienced technicians for 7 days. The training time can be extended or shortened according to individual circumstances, and can only be employed after theoretical and practical assessment.
6. Employees who resign should apply in writing one month in advance, and the salary can only be settled after being approved by the department head and general manager.
7. The company provides accommodation free of charge, and the employees who check in must absolutely obey the dormitory management, otherwise they will be ordered to move out of the dormitory.
8. The company guarantees pedicure technicians 4,500 yuan/month. The first two whole months: 5,500 yuan/month for skilled workers and 4,500 yuan/month for novices.
Remarks: 1. Those who do not meet the guarantee conditions: those who have been employed for less than 28 days, have committed major violations of discipline (Grade B or above) in the current month and submitted resignation reports. 2. No matter what the situation (including illness and pregnancy), the company will deduct the guaranteed subsidy if it leaves for a few months!
