Heat sealing reason:

The thickness of (1) composite membrane is inconsistent;

(3) In the longitudinal heat sealing knife part, the running track of the composite film is not straight;

(5) The silicone rubber sealed at the bottom of the bag-making machine is too hard;

(6) During the composite curing process, a part of the adhesive permeates into the film. Due to the penetration of adhesive, the toughness (impact resistance) of the substrate decreases and the brittleness increases;

(7) After cooling, the heat sealing strength of the plastic composite packaging bag is improved and tends to be brittle.

Countermeasures:

(1) Select appropriate processing temperature, pressure and heat sealing time according to the heat sealing characteristics of the inner sealing layer material;

(2) improve the surface state of the heat sealing knife at the upper part of the bag-making machine to make the surface of the sealing machine smooth;

(3) completely covering PTFE cloth;

(4) Select a silicone rubber pad with appropriate hardness.
