Mediation, handling disputes between the elderly, helping the elderly to solve practical problems, etc., and counting the heads of the elderly every day to eliminate potential safety hazards in each room. Conduct safety rounds in each room at night to prevent the elderly from getting lost and unsafe hidden dangers, and make fire safety records every day to ensure the safety of the elderly.

3. Explain the rules and regulations of our hospital to the newly admitted elderly people in detail, so that they can adapt to life there as soon as possible.
