Where can I find a cram school for learning small languages in Xinxiang?

I know that there is a long alley opposite the teacher on the cultural road. A Russian (who has been married in Xinxiang) runs a training class there. Many primary school students take classes there, and so do my neighbor's children. Can teach Russian and Esperanto.
