One of the organizers of the Biodiversity Challenge is the Nature Conservancy. The 221 Global Art Competition for Nature and Art Conservation of Biodiversity is an art competition to help the 15th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity to be held in Kunming in October. With the theme of protecting biodiversity, the contest encourages people to show their true feelings and actions to protect biodiversity through works of art.

Significance of Biodiversity Competition

The contest was jointly sponsored by Yunnan Provincial Committee of Youth League, Yunnan Provincial Committee of NLD, Yunnan Student Union and Yunnan University, and was jointly sponsored by Inspur Group. By guiding college students in the province to aim at every tree and grass on campus or in their hometown and focus on the biodiversity around them, the contest promoted the majority of young people to understand and learn about biodiversity. The contest is divided into camera and mobile phone groups, and each group is divided into three groups: plants, animals and landscapes.

The theme of the International Biodiversity Day is "You and I have a share". In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Europe in the field of biodiversity, promote the sharing and dissemination of biodiversity knowledge, and help the 15th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity held in Kunming, China in October this year, we decided to launch this biodiversity creative video contest.
