What conditions do banks need for campus recruitment?

Bank recruitment generally requires fresh graduates, bachelor degree or above, and most majors are not limited. There is no requirement for age. Generally, CET-4 and CET-6 are required.

Basically, the requirements are as follows:

(1) Honesty and trustworthiness, law-abiding, good conduct and no bad records;

(2) Strong learning ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit;

The contents of bank examination generally include: English, comprehensive knowledge, EPI and personality test.

1. EPI

mainly appears in the form of multiple-choice questions. It mainly includes speech comprehension, quantitative relations, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, common sense and so on.

II. Comprehensive knowledge

The comprehensive part of the bank exam mainly involves the following aspects, including economics, international finance, money banking, accounting foundation, management, marketing, economic law, computer foundation and current affairs politics.

Among them, economics, accounting, money and banking, computer and economic law are the key points of examination, and they are the top priority of examination review. Therefore, candidates are advised to review early.

3. English

English part of the bank test: The general bank English test includes English vocabulary and grammar, English-Chinese translation, error correction, cloze and reading comprehension, etc., which mainly examines the candidates' English reading and writing ability.

IV. Personality test

The part of the bank exam personality test is similar to MBTI professional personality test, Holland professional personality test, etc., which mainly examines whether there is any deviation in personality and the job matching of candidates.
