Wuhan natural gas ladder standard

Legal analysis: Wuhan natural gas ladder price standard is divided into three grades. The annual gas consumption in the first stage is 0-360 m3/ household, 2.53 yuan per cubic meter, the annual gas consumption in the second stage is 360-600 m3/ household, 2.78 yuan per cubic meter, and the annual gas consumption in the third stage is more than 600 m3/ household, 3.54 yuan per cubic meter.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Regulations of Wuhan Municipality on Gas Management, gas operators shall abide by the following provisions:

(a) to establish and implement enterprise safety management system and user service system;

(two) sign a gas supply contract with gas users, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and establish and improve the user files;

(three) the supply of gas meets the national quality standards, and its composition, calorific value, pressure and other indicators are announced to the public;

(four) shall not supply gas to users who do not have safety conditions;

(five) shall not exceed the service items and charging standards approved or filed by the price department to charge additional fees;

(six) users shall not be restricted from purchasing the gas appliances and related products designated by them, or entrust the installation unit designated by them to install gas appliances;

(seven) regularly submit statistical reports to the competent department of gas according to law;

(eight) other provisions of laws and regulations.
