Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abides by the law and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the examinations for the qualification of registered urban planners:

(a) 1980 before the end of the secondary school degree in urban planning, engaged in urban planning for 15 years.

(2) Before the end of 1982, he obtained a college degree in non-planning major and worked in urban planning for 10 years.

(three) to obtain a college degree in urban planning, and to engage in urban planning business for 6 years.

(four) to obtain a bachelor's degree in urban planning, and to engage in urban planning business for 4 years; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in a major similar to urban planning (that is, other majors other than this major) and have been engaged in urban planning business for 5 years.

Achievement management

The examination results shall be managed in a rolling way, with a period of four years. Those who participate in all four subjects shall pass all subjects within four consecutive examination years; Those who are exempt from some subjects must pass the examination subjects within two examination years.

Those who pass the examination will be awarded the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Registered Urban Planner by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, which is uniformly printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
