4. (3) Personnel training: The municipal agricultural department is responsible for the daily training of village-level animal quarantine officers. The training content is mainly animal quarantine technology, relevant administrative regulations and modern office tools.

(4) Assessment and supervision: According to the job responsibilities and tasks of village-level animal prevention inspectors, the supervision and management of village-level animal prevention inspectors shall be strengthened through comprehensive assessment. According to the actual situation of animal quarantine work, the municipal agricultural department shall separately formulate the "Measures for the Administration of Assessment of Village-level Animal Quarantine Officers in Xiamen" to regulate the behavior of animal quarantine officers.
