China Resources Snowflake Beer (Yuncheng) Co., Ltd. is a professional beer brewing company wholly-owned by China Resources Snowflake Beer (China) Investment Co., Ltd., which belongs to China Resources Snowflake Beer (China) Co., Ltd.

Yuncheng Company is the largest beer producer of China Resources Snow Beer in Shanxi Province, with an annual designed production capacity of 4 kiloliters, covering an area of 397.1 mu and a total investment of 6 million yuan. The project will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the production capacity of Snow Beer will be 26 kiloliters/year. Construction will start in late December 28 and it will be put into production in late March 21.

The total construction area of Phase I project is 57, square meters, and the main production workshops include: saccharification workshop, fermentation workshop, packaging workshop, power workshop, boiler room and hardware warehouse. The main production equipment is international and domestic advanced configuration. The main production equipment includes:

saccharification equipment; Six big malt silos with a total capacity of 12m3, two rice silos with a total capacity of 4m3, and a set of saccharification equipment for producing cold wort at one time;

fermentation equipment: 4 fermentation tanks with an effective volume of 2m3, 28 fermentation tanks with an effective volume of 4m3, and a set of diatomite candle filter with advanced technology and high automation degree of 5kl/h;

packaging equipment: 2 packaging lines of 4, bottles/hour and 1 packaging line of 24, bottles/hour;

decanting equipment; 2 sets of 25 series screw-making units and 2 sets of 2 series screw-making units;

power supply: the overall planned total installed capacity is about 6KVA, and two 2KVA transformers are installed;

air pressure: the imported equipment is one 1m3/min, two 2m3/min air-cooled screw compressors and two 2m3/min cold dryers.
