Are all quality control girls?

That's true. What stages should quality control be divided into:

IQC feed quality control;

IPQC process quality control;

OQC shipment quality control;

There are also QA, of which there are two kinds: quality audit or quality assurance, which is actually equivalent to OQC, which is generally called quality assurance in Taiwan-funded factories;

Then there is the production line's own QC, called: LQC pull QC, or FQC final inspection. Generally, the QCs here are all girls, because they are all full-tested.

Real quality control does not need to distinguish between men and women. The main work of quality control is sampling inspection according to sampling standards, not full inspection, and then judging the product quality according to relevant inspection standards.

I am now a quality engineer in QE, and I started from QC step by step. As long as you study more, be good at communication, be good at finding problems and hidden dangers, and do things according to evidence, then I believe you will become an excellent quality controller. (I am a boy)

Now our factory is also recruiting quality control, not limited to men and women. Coupled with the shortage of human resources, except for famous brand factories, most factories are basically male or female, as long as you have experience.

It doesn't matter if you have no experience. Don't be too picky. I have some experience when I go to a factory for an internship and then jump ship.
