After the relocation, the coking, sintering, ironmaking and steelmaking of Qinggang will be equipped with dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification facilities with mature technology and advanced equipment from metallurgical enterprises in the world according to the requirements of the new standards, and the emission concentration of atmospheric pollutants will reach the domestic advanced level. At the same time, a large-scale comprehensive sewage treatment plant will be built to realize zero discharge of production sewage.

2 billion yuan to build energy-saving projects

During the relocation, Qinggang will invest 2 billion yuan to build CCPP power generation, TRT power generation, sintering waste heat power generation, coke dry quenching power generation, converter waste heat recycling and other major energy-saving projects 15, accounting for 12% of the total investment. After the new plant is put into operation, the water reuse rate will reach 97.2%, saving 65.438+67 million kWh of electricity and recovering 657,000 tons of steam.
