It is reported that during the peak season of iPhone 12 production, two companies of Heshuo in Shanghai and Kunshan were suspected of making student workers work overtime and night shift.

The move violates Apple's supplier code of conduct, which stipulates that suppliers should not ask employees under 18 to work overtime or night shifts.

At the same time, Heshuo also concealed its violations by forging documents. Apple directly poked at the dark side of Heshuo, bluntly saying that "the relevant person in charge of Heshuo tried his best to escape our supervision mechanism."

Apple is particularly angry with Pegatron's behavior, directly indicating that Apple will not cooperate with Pegatron in any new business until all necessary corrective measures are completed.

Apple also pointed out that at present, Heshuo has dismissed the senior management directly responsible for the project.
