Brief introduction of Gujiao power plant

Shanxi Gujiao Power Plant is an enterprise built and operated by Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd., and it is the largest coal-fired pithead power plant in China. Gujiao Power Plant is located in Gujiao City, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, 50 kilometers away from Taiyuan City. The infrastructure is complete and the factory conditions are excellent. Shanxi Gujiao Power Plant burns low calorific value inferior resources such as clean coal, local coal gangue and coal slime, and adopts high-efficiency dust removal facilities, which can effectively reduce dust pollution. Adopting direct air cooling technology and "reclaimed water" recycling technology can save water by more than 80%; Adopting efficient desulfurization technology can reduce sulfur dioxide pollution.

The planned installed capacity of Gujiao Power Plant is 3,000 MW, including 2×300 MW in Phase I, 2×600 MW in Phase II and 2×660 MW in Phase III. The first phase of the project was put into use in 2005, and the annual sales income exceeded 654.38 billion yuan. The second phase of the project started construction in 2008 and was put into operation in 20 1 1 year. In the third phase, a 2×660MWCFB air cooling unit and a cement plant with an annual output of 6 million tons will be built, with a total investment of about 4.5 billion yuan. ? The third phase of the project will digest about 5 million tons of low-grade and inferior coal resources such as gangue and slime, and the 6 million tons cement plant will consume all fly ash.
