As far as the programmatic documents of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom are concerned, the progress of the system lies in the measures of equally distributing land, which strongly reflects the farmers' desire for land and the need to get rid of feudal exploitation. However, the measure of dividing the land equally can not abolish the feudal exploitation system, nor can it realize the ideal society of "no one is hungry everywhere".
