The recruitment work is carried out according to the steps of on-site registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination, assessment and employment.
(1) Registration

Precautions for registration:
1. 2. Interview (full score 100)

(4) The interview examination fee is tentatively scheduled to be paid at the registration place on September 28th, and the standard is 70 yuan per person. Those who fail to hand in without reason are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically.
3, the total score calculation method
(1) Total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%. All scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the exam, from high score to low score, and according to the ratio of job recruitment plan 1: 1, the initial evaluation personnel are determined. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred.

(4) Physical examination and evaluation
Those who enter the scope of medical examination shall organize the same medical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed and examined by the personnel department in conjunction with the relevant departments, and the qualifications of the candidates shall be examined, and their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance shall be assessed.

(5) Employment
After the examination, the personnel department will publicize the personnel to be hired for 5 to 7 days. If problems are found in qualification examination, examination, assessment, physical examination and publicity, once verified, the qualifications of candidates will be cancelled.
The legal representative of the employing unit or its client and the employed personnel sign an employment contract according to the Notice of Employment of Recruiters in Public Institutions to determine the employment relationship, and then go through the employment formalities at the Employment Office of College Graduates of the Municipal Personnel Bureau.
The recruitment of staff in public institutions shall implement the probation system in accordance with the regulations.
