1. From the perspective of recruitment, firstly, the control of recruitment channels (supplier management, recruitment ledger, channel analysis and expansion, and recruitment resource utilization) is the greatest competitiveness of this position for recruiters;

Second, communication skills. I have the recruitment experience of both parties, and I know the importance of communication to HR, especially the words, tone, wording and attitude towards candidates. On the other hand, the applicant refused not the job opportunity, but the unprofessional HR (if you are interested, you can share your personal communication skills privately);

Third, the most difficult thing in recruitment is not the recruitment method, but the configuration, which is the relationship between radish and pit. Why did the company dig a hole to find radish? Why dig a hole to find such a radish? How many "pits" can be dug to meet the needs of the company? How to dig this "pit" to make "radish grow better"? ....................., etc., are all configuration problems.

2. However, from the perspective of human resources, there are a lot of propositions and knowledge. If the recruitment work is done to the extreme, it will naturally extend to other modules of human resources.
