There are currently two main ways for NTU to recruit administrative staff: pre-recruitment and personnel agency.

There is a three-year assessment system for pre-appointed employees. I have also heard that many 985 graduates work in the school through personnel agencies. Different people have different opinions.

The most indispensable thing in schools is talents. There are a lot of PhDs in administrative positions. The requirements will only increase but not decrease.
