I. Recruitment Scope and Basic Conditions
(A) the scope of recruitment
Open recruitment for COFCO inside and outside.
(2) Basic conditions
1. has high political and theoretical attainments, is loyal to the Party, strengthens the "four consciousnesses", strengthens the "four self-confidences" and achieves the "two guarantees", and consciously maintains a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideology, politics and action. It must be the official party member of China * * * Production Party.
2. Love discipline inspection and supervision, have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and hard work, work carefully and pay attention to teamwork.
3. Familiar with party constitution Party rules and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the policy requirements of building a clean and honest government, anti-corruption work and discipline inspection and supervision system reform. Working experience in politics and law, discipline inspection and supervision, party affairs, personnel, large state-owned enterprises and party and government organs is preferred.
4. Major in law, economy, management and Chinese.
5. Good health and psychological quality.
6. Abide by the relevant regulations on job avoidance.
Second, the post qualification
(1) Supervision, inspection and review of investigation posts (3 persons)
1. Job responsibilities: master the skills and methods of supervision, inspection, audit and investigation, and be familiar with common official document writing norms.
2. Job requirements: the current deputy director level or below or equivalent to the deputy director level or below, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and the age is not more than 35 years old in principle (born on or after August 1986). In principle, external candidates of COFCO should have more than 3 years working experience, and internal candidates of COFCO should have worked in COFCO for 5 years.
(2) Judicial post (1 person)
1. Job responsibilities: Familiar with the regulations and requirements of supervision, inspection, audit, investigation and trial, and familiar with the writing norms of common official documents.
2. Job requirements: the current deputy director level or below or equivalent to the deputy director level or below, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and the age is not more than 35 years old in principle (born on or after August 1986). In principle, external candidates of COFCO should have more than 3 years working experience, and internal candidates of COFCO should have worked in COFCO for 5 years.
(3) Text comprehensive post (1 person)
1. Job responsibilities: Have solid writing skills, strong logical thinking ability, systematic thinking ability and language expression ability, and be able to independently write comprehensive manuscripts.
2. Job requirements: the current deputy director level or below or equivalent to the deputy director level or below, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and the age is not more than 35 years old in principle (born on or after August 1986). In principle, external candidates of COFCO should have more than 3 years working experience, and internal candidates of COFCO should have worked in COFCO for 5 years.
Registration is not allowed.
1. Suspected of violating discipline and law is being examined by relevant authorities, and no conclusion has been reached.
2. The influence period has not expired, and it is being punished or handled by the organization.
3. There are other violations of discipline and social morality, which are not suitable for the post of discipline inspection and supervision.
Third, the recruitment process
(a) recruitment procedures
Open registration-qualification examination-written examination-interview-organization inspection (background investigation)-open recruitment-physical examination.
(2) Registration method
1. Download and fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of COFCO 202 1 (see Annex 1), and send the electronic version of the application form and the scanned copy signed by myself (PDF format) to the e-mail. The subject of the email is marked with "applicant's name+applicant's company+mobile phone number".
Registration time: 2021August16-2021August 29th 17:00.
(3) Qualification examination
According to the recruitment conditions, the qualifications of candidates are examined.
(4) Examination
Candidates are required to take a written test and an interview. After the candidates pass the written test, they enter the interview session. Relevant certificates (see Annex 2) and copies of other personal qualifications must be submitted before the interview.
(5) Investigation
The employing unit shall verify the personnel files at the unit where the personnel to be employed are located, and inspect the work performance and the construction of a clean and honest government.
(6) Publicity
Publicize candidates online for 5 working days.
(7) Physical examination
Organize the personnel to be hired to go to the designated hospital for physical examination.
