In my opinion, if I step into the right industry, even if the position is not what I like, I will strive for the opportunity of internal transfer through my own efforts. Getting this opportunity is definitely easier than jumping from one industry you don't like to another. So before the interview, I hope everyone has a clear understanding of various industries and positions, which will greatly affect the efficiency and success rate of our interview.

Two. Key requirements

For Huawei's sales and service positions, the main requirements are as follows: English ability, pressure resistance, hands-on ability, expression ability and problem analysis and solution ability. These key requirements are also reflected in the screening standard process of the interview.

English requirements: For graduates of 20 15, Huawei lowered its English requirements and only required a certificate of level 4. A few years ago, I needed a six-level certificate. IELTS, TOEFL and other English certificates are extra points. In particular, Huawei recognizes TOEIC scores, and if the TOEIC scores reach a certain level, you can enter the training without trying English. Therefore, everyone should pay attention to the cultivation of English ability and prepare for the toeic exam in advance.

Professional requirements: Generally speaking, sales and service positions have relevant professional requirements, and engineering positions such as communication and computer are preferred. But after joining the company, I also found that many colleagues are business majors and passed the interview, so as long as they have certain scientific thinking, it is no problem. Those with high grade points are preferred. The interview will make you bring your report card and ask about your GPA and professional study, so you should skip classes less and do more homework. Haha, try to improve your GPA. And having relevant project experience is a plus. Huawei's online application will require everyone to fill in the laboratory or project experience they participated in during the university, and attach great importance to the basic technical ability. Therefore, if there is an opportunity for a scientific and technological innovation competition, I hope everyone will participate more and gain something.

Anti-pressure ability: Huawei ranked first in the pressure rankings of major companies in the first half of 20 15, and the work pressure can be imagined. Therefore, during the interview, you will focus on your ability to withstand pressure and evaluate the interviewer through stress interview. As Huawei is an enterprise with overseas sales accounting for 70% and offices all over the world, sales and service positions usually need to be dispatched globally, which illustrates the importance of being able to withstand pressure in Huawei from another side. The cultivation of stress resistance needs to start from campus life. I believe that many students who do student work will not be too bad in this respect, because the ability to resist pressure can be well improved in student work.

Practical ability: The sales service position will focus on the interviewer's practical ability, including community work experience and social practical experience. Those who have experience in foreign exchange programs or exchange students will get extra points. So, again, try to enrich your college life and participate in more activities, not just to get extra points. Ability to express and analyze problems and summarize topics: Because the interview is with the solution sales manager, this aspect is very demanding. However, even in other positions, it is a necessary quality to be able to communicate with HR normally during the interview process and maintain clear logic, so this is the ability that any position needs. If you feel that you are lacking in this aspect, it is recommended to focus on training at ordinary times.

Three. Huawei's interview process

Huawei's interview is very tight, and there are always four sides. Everyone's interview was completed in one day. On one side is a group meeting. Wait outside the hall first. After calling their names, they will enter a room with the interviewer who attended the same group meeting together, about eight people, divided into two groups, the pros and cons, each with three HR, and the two groups will argue according to two sides of a question. There are many courses on group skills and role-playing online, so I won't start here. However, there is a little trick. Everyone in Huawei's group will send a blank draft paper and ask to stay after the interview. Therefore, I suggest you take notes during the debate, which will leave a better impression on HR.

Two faces are HR faces, one to one. After the interview, the interviewer will be asked to wait in the lobby. After more than 10 minutes, the results of one side will be known, and the interviewer who passed one side will inform them to enter the other side in turn. Double-sided HR will assess your basic professional knowledge and resume information, and will throw out one or two practical questions for your analysis according to the job requirements. For example, one of my professional courses is the application of single chip microcomputer, so HR let me briefly talk about the basic knowledge of single chip microcomputer model and interrupt function. I suggest you review the basic knowledge of professional courses before the interview, which will be very useful in HR. In addition, HR will ask about your experience and awards in your resume, so don't exaggerate when filling out your resume, and seeking truth from facts is the last word. In the double-sided process, the pressure surface element is usually added, that is, constantly attacking you and asking you a question to test everyone's ability to resist pressure.

Just like when one side is over, the interviewer waits in the lobby after two sides are over. If you enter three sides through two sides, you are called to enter the interview field on three sides. Three sides are the boss's face, usually the supervisor of a certain area conducts an interview. The three parties are generally conducted in a more relaxed chat form. The interviewer will ask you about your family, whether you accept global distribution, etc. These questions are not difficult. The three aspects of a general sales service position are to examine the basic ability to communicate with people and confirm the intention of your employing department. In other words, after you enter Huawei, the specific BG and department are likely to be determined by your three parties.

There are English tests on all sides, similar to our college entrance examination English listening and speaking test. There are two parts, one is a follow-up test, and the other is an impromptu speech on the topic, giving you a topic to interpret and speak within the specified time. Both parts are conducted in the form of man-machine dialogue. Generally speaking, the difficulty of English test is not high, between band 4 and band 6. As long as English has a certain foundation, it is generally no problem.

All interviews will be completed in one day. If the interview starts in the morning, the company will issue meal coupons at noon to let the interviewer have lunch at the hotel where the interview is held. However, I suggest you bring one or two buns and water, because the intensity is too strong and the energy is not easy to get distracted. The interview results will be notified about two weeks after the interview. If you receive the signing text message, the company will ask you to complete the signing within one week.

Four. Personal feeling

School recruitment is like a long courtship process. The difference is that you may have to confess to many companies at the same time. Some companies may enter the second stage or even finally, and finally get a "marriage certificate". If the company chooses you, you should take the initiative to choose the company. After all, the first job after college is very important to everyone.
