How can I be a coach in driving school?

To become a driving school coach, you need to meet the following conditions:

First, theory coach.

1, with a motor vehicle driver's license and more than 2 years of safe driving experience.

2, education, technical titles should meet one of the following conditions:

(1) with technical secondary school degree or above in automobile or related major.

(2) Have intermediate (technical secondary school) or above professional qualifications in automobile and related majors.

3. Proficient in road traffic safety laws and regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology, first aid for common wounded and other safe driving knowledge.

4. Understand the basic teaching knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology, and have the teaching ability of compiling teaching plans and standardizing explanations.

Second, the driving operation coach

1, with a motor vehicle driver's license of the corresponding model and no more than 60 years old.

2. Have a secondary school or high school education.

3. Safe driving experience and driving experience of corresponding vehicles shall meet the following requirements:

① Large buses, general-purpose truck semi-trailers (tractors), city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks have more than 5 years of safe driving experience in driving corresponding vehicles.

② Small cars, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

(3) A small automatic car with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

(4) Low-speed trucks, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving low-speed trucks.

⑤ Three-wheeled vehicles with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

⑥ Small automatic passenger car for the disabled, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

7. Coaches who apply for driving operation have college education or above, and have received professional skills education of coaches, and should have more than 2 years of experience in safe driving and driving corresponding vehicles, and at least 3 months of practical coaching experience.

4, master the basic knowledge of road traffic safety regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology and emergency driving.

5, familiar with automobile maintenance and common fault diagnosis, automobile environmental protection and energy saving knowledge.

6. Have the teaching ability to explain driving essentials, demonstrate driving movements and guide driving.
