How and where to take the professional certificate of gym coach?

Fitness coaches are mainly divided into three categories: (1) equipment coaches; (2) personal trainer; (3) group gymnastics class coach.

(1) equipment coach. Mainly refers to equipment training and guidance. At present, the main work of full-time equipment coaches in gymnasiums is equipment maintenance and gym inspection, with low technical content and low salary (Beijing market 1000~ 1500 or so).

(2) Personal trainer. Personal trainer is also called personal trainer. According to the needs of members, private education meets the needs of members one-on-one through equipment training and nutritional supplement. Generally speaking, members provide them with professional fitness plans and programs in order to achieve a certain fitness purpose. Personal trainers are employed by one or more gyms to promote their personal training courses in gyms, and the income is divided into the club according to the agreed proportion. It is understood that the personal trainer who has just come out now needs to do equipment maintenance and inspection work in the gym for three to six months. After that, I need to work and sell club-related nutrients to get some income (it is said that some clubs are responsible for the sales system of private education). The salary is almost 200~300 per class, and of course it is high.

(3) group gymnastics class coach. Group calisthenics coaches, also known as aerobics coaches, mainly take members to carry out various types of calisthenics in the gym. There are many classifications of group calisthenics, such as

Pilates, Latin, boxing, parties and spinning belong to the category of group gymnastics. Compared with work, it is more relaxed and free, and at the same time, it can exercise, reduce fat and shape. Therefore, aerobics class has become a kind of fitness exercise that many young people like, and this kind of coach has also become a profession and post that many people love. The salary will be limited according to the level of the coach, the type of teaching and the local economic level (about every class in Beijing 100).

1.(level 5) primary fitness instructor (with one of the following conditions)

1) Those who have received formal professional training in this occupation and obtained the certificate of completion.

2) College degree or above in physical education in colleges and universities.

3) Engaged in this profession for more than 1 year, and accumulated teaching for more than 400 hours.

2. (Level 4) Intermediate Fitness Instructor (with one of the following conditions)

1) After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the formal training of this occupation intermediate, and obtained the certificate of completion.

2) Have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, and have taught for more than 1500 hours.

3) Obtain the undergraduate diploma of physical education major in colleges and universities.

4) Obtain the grade certificate of athletes above the first level (inclusive), and obtain the certificate of completion after the formal training at the intermediate level of this occupation reaches the prescribed standard class hours.

3. (Grade III) Senior Fitness Instructor (with one of the following conditions)

1) has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of fitness instructor.

2) The club has been engaged in this industry for more than 6 years, and the teaching hours are more than 3,000 hours, and the club has issued a certificate.
