Guoguang Dongfang Network (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoguang Dongfang") was established in November 2006. Its main shareholder is Guoguang Media Development Center (referred to as "Guoguang Media"). The center is the main body responsible for the online audio, video and IPTV business operations of China International Radio (hereinafter referred to as "International Radio"), and is exclusively responsible for the operation and management of the operational resources of International Radio.
