1. Selection candidates
The 2017 full-time university graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above in economics, industry, construction and diplomatic relations, law, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and water, and social sciences Graduates of majors (excluding independent colleges, except for orientation and commissioned trainees) who graduated after August 2017 cannot apply.
2. Qualifications
In addition to the qualifications stipulated in the "Civil Service Recruitment Regulations (Trial)", applicants should also meet the following conditions:
(1) Academic requirements. Bachelor degree or above, obtain corresponding degree upon graduation, and have excellent academic performance.
(2) Age requirements. Undergraduate students are generally no more than 25 years old (born after July 31, 1991), master's students are generally no more than 28 years old (born after July 31, 1988), and doctoral students are generally no more than 32 years old (born after July 31, 1984) born later).
(3) Experience requirements. Served as a student cadre in a party organization, league organization, student union (graduate student union) or class committee at or above the college (department) level for more than half a year.
(4) Other requirements. Anyone who has been punished while in school or who is prohibited from being employed as a civil servant under the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations shall not apply for the examination.
3. Selection Policy
The selected students will be assigned to the departments directly under the jurisdiction of counties (cities, districts) divided into districts. At appropriate times, they will be arranged to go to townships and other grassroots units for training for 2 years. The files are managed uniformly by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the county (city, district) where the distribution place is located. Newly recruited and transferred students have a probation period of one year. After the probation period expires, they will be assessed according to the cadre management authority. Those who pass the assessment will be graded. Undergraduate students will be assigned to section staff positions, master students will be assigned to deputy section level positions, and doctoral students will be assigned to full section level positions. Those who are unqualified will be initially reviewed by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and reported to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for review and the employment will be cancelled. Those whose employment is canceled will be returned to the graduation institution or be recommended for employment by the talent exchange service agency where the registered permanent residence is located, or they can choose their own careers. (1) Registration

(3) Written test

(4) Interview

(5) Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination and inspection will be organized by the Organization Department of each municipal party committee, and the initial date for the physical examination is January 17. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the revised "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and "Medical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and other relevant regulations. (6) Public announcement and recruitment
For candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be recruited will be determined according to the procedures and publicized.
