(1) Participant

Applicants who pass the interview for the People’s Police position of the public security organ shall participate in the People’s Police professional psychological ability assessment and physical fitness assessment.

Applicants who pass the interview for positions such as judicial police in courts, procuratorates, and people’s police in prisons and drug treatment systems will participate in the people’s police physical fitness assessment.

For positions that require psychological assessment or physical fitness assessment, all candidates who pass the interview should participate on time and are not allowed to apply for extension. Failure to participate in the psychological assessment or physical fitness assessment within the specified time will result in cancellation of employment or replacement of qualifications.

(2) Psychological Assessment

Except for domestic security, technical reconnaissance, anti-terrorism and other key confidential positions, the results of psychological assessment will be used as an important basis for employment. The assessment results are only used as an important reference to identify candidates' suitability for police service. Candidates who fail the first psychological test for other positions can take a second psychological test in accordance with regulations, and those who pass the second psychological test can also be considered qualified; the psychological test can be taken at most twice.
