First, the installation steps:

1. Measure the size of the door first and determine the opening direction according to the corridor. The size of the door opening should be larger than that of the installed door, leaving a certain gap (about 1.5-3cm) to facilitate debugging and correction during installation.

2. Correct the opening of the door. If the size of the doorway does not meet the requirements, it must be cut and leveled with tools such as iron and steel chisel and cutting machine to meet the installation requirements.

3. When installing, put the door in the doorway, plug it around with a cork, correct the level and verticality, debug whether it is flexible to open, then open the door leaf, drill the installation hole through the door frame installation hole with an electric hammer, and fasten it with expansion bolts one by one.

4. The drilling depth of the expansion bolt into the wall should be ≥5cm, and the drill bit of the impact hammer should conform to the size of the expansion bolt. During the installation of the project, the owner or the constructor shall mark the horizontal line of 50cm or 100cm, and the floor tile or floor height shall be determined when the user installs it separately.

5. After the door is installed, a certain amount of cement mortar (generally above 70%) should be poured into both sides of the door frame, and the user is responsible for mending the wall and pouring mortar.

Second, the acceptance criteria

1, look good. The paint film on the surface of the security door should be smooth and bright, free from quality defects such as sagging, bubbles and wrinkles, and free from corrosion spots, dead knots and broken slag; The wood used for the security door cover should be in harmony with the wood and color of the security door fan. The color difference between decorative board and wood line should not be large, and the tree species should be the same.

2. The security door fan should be square and cannot be warped and deformed. The security door fan can just be stuffed into the security door frame, which is consistent with the security door frame. If the gap between the door sash and the door frame is large, mainly because the plane is not accurate during installation or the door frame of the door is not perpendicular to the ground, the door sash can be removed and planed again; If the emergency door frame is not vertical, the gasket in the door frame plate should be aligned.

3. The hinge should be positioned accurately and installed firmly. If the hinge is not straight, it will lead to the mismatch between the door leaf and the frame sleeve, and the door switch will not be smooth. You can unscrew a screw from each hinge first, then adjust the cooperation between the door sash and the door frame, and then tighten all the screws after adjustment and repair. If the hinge screw is short, or when the screw is screwed in, the screw is not screwed on, or the screw is inclined, it will cause the door leaf to shake. Appropriate screws should be replaced and the screws must be straight. Screw in 1/3 first, and screw in the rest.

4. The door lock should be opened and locked smoothly, and the door leaf and door frame of the security door should be locked in the same way. Improper locking will lead to uncomfortable door leaf switch. The locking tongue piece should be removed, the tongue groove should be repaired with a chisel, and the position of the locking tongue opening of the door frame should be adjusted before installation. 5. There should be basic materials inside the security door cover. When the window cover is blockboard or density board, the base plate should be fixed on the keel of the window frame at the grass-roots level first, and then the lines should be nailed; The door cover of the security door should be made of wood, then planed and straightened, then assembled and installed on the wall, and then covered with the base plate and decorative plate. Tap the side plate of the security door cover by hand. If there is an empty drum, it means that there is no foundation board such as joinery board at the bottom, so it should be removed and redone.
