Huizhou Employment Training Center, formerly known as Huizhou Labor Bureau Staff Technical Training Center, was established in June 1990 and directly under Huizhou Labor and Social Security Bureau. It is a large-scale comprehensive training institution with the earliest establishment in China, the largest number of training and appraisal types (majors) and complete equipment.
