Municipal sports bureaus, relevant institutions of higher learning, scientific research units and professional committees of provincial sports science societies:

The relevant matters concerning the subject declaration managed by the Sports Research Bureau of our bureau in 2009 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Guiding ideology

Thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Hu Jintao's important speech at the summary and commendation meeting of the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games, take Scientific Outlook on Development as the guide, and focus on the major theoretical and practical problems in the current sports reform and development, and strive to improve the development and service capabilities of sports in our province, so as to make contributions to further accelerating the construction of a strong sports province.

Second, the reporting conditions

(a) the applicant should be a scientific and technological worker, teacher, coach and manager with intermediate title (or master's degree) or above and certain research ability. The applicant shall actually preside over and engage in the research work of the application project;

(two) the applicant should have the scientific research strength and basic working conditions to complete the task, and the applicant (including the cooperative unit) must have the legal person qualification;

(three) where the project undertaken by our bureau in previous years is not completed on schedule without justifiable reasons, it shall not be declared.

III. Project scope and research period

(a) to declare the project must comply with the "Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau 2009 Sports Research Bureau Management Guide" (see Annex I) to determine the scope of the subject, the applicant can design specific topics within the prescribed scope to declare.

(2) In 2009, the project research cycle of bureau management should not exceed 20 10 12 3 1 day in principle.

Four. Application procedures and requirements

(a) the applicant must carefully fill in the "Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau 2009 Sports Research Bureau Management Project Declaration Form" (see Annex II) in triplicate. After being examined and signed by the academic Committee of the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit, it will be sent to the comprehensive business department of our bureau. At the same time, the electronic version of the document must be sent.

(two) for each declared project, our bureau will organize relevant experts to review the projects based on the principle of fair competition and merit-based support, and will give financial support and sign project contracts for the projects that have passed the review.

(3) Our bureau will manage the project declaration, evaluation, project establishment, organization and implementation, conclusion, achievement appraisal and promotion in strict accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Sports Scientific Research Projects in Jiangsu Province and the terms stipulated in the contract.

(4) The deadline for applying for scientific research projects in 2009 is March 3, 20091day, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

(5) Each project needs to pay a review fee of 100 yuan, please remit it to the comprehensive business department of our bureau from the post office.
