Recruitment procedures for foreign teachers

All domestic units employing foreign cultural and educational experts must have the qualifications to employ foreign cultural and educational experts, which shall be examined and approved by the administrative department of the relevant local government and reported to the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs for approval. The procedures for applying for the qualification of foreign cultural and educational experts are as follows:

All units should conduct annual inspection every year.

Units qualified to employ foreign experts may employ foreign cultural and educational experts on their own. The recruitment procedure is as follows:

1. The employer independently negotiates employment conditions with job seekers from other places, signs employment contracts, and reports them to the local education administrative department (provincial colleges directly report them to the provincial education administrative department).

The conditions provided for foreign teachers are generally:

1) The national minimum wage for foreign teachers is 2,200 yuan per person per month, with no upper limit;

6. Foreign teachers arrive at school.
