We took some written tests on nuclear power, China Guangdong Nuclear Power and some basic knowledge of nuclear power expressed in English. The written test is not difficult. In the first round of interview, that is, group interview, several people discuss some common problems in groups. What we are discussing is "whether surfing the Internet is beneficial to middle school students' study". What recruiters want to see is whether you have team spirit and whether you can show yourself in the team; The second interview is a one-on-one interview, so you should be able to show yourself in front of the recruiter. If he doesn't ask his shortcomings, you don't have to mention them or express your strengths. Of course, this requires you to start training from freshman year. Your study should be excellent and your knowledge should be comprehensive. Your communicative ability and practical ability are the result of long-term accumulation. First, health is a must. Health includes physical health and mental health. Of course, health comes first. A healthy body is conducive to study and is also a necessary condition when looking for a job. Going to the nuclear power plant must not be a carrier of hepatitis B, it must be a weak color. I think it is necessary for junior students to have a comprehensive physical examination if they have the conditions. Secondly, mental health. People with mental health can only work better if their interpersonal relationships are harmonious. This is the basic quality that a qualified college student should have. Therefore, it is necessary to exercise more, handle well the interpersonal relationship between dormitory, classmates and others, and make your body and mind healthy.

Second, the usual efforts are the most important. Efforts include not only the study of knowledge, but also the improvement of ability. Recruiters say they don't care much about our grades, but it depends on our grades. Your grades can reflect whether you study hard in college or not, and to some extent, you are better than others (if you get good grades). And if you have time, try to broaden your knowledge. Personally, I have a double degree and my major is good. It is a weight and intangible capital in the interview. The cultivation of ability is very important. When you enter a university, you must actively and consciously cultivate your own abilities. Harbin Institute of Technology graduates are not nerds, and engaging in social practice and some daily affairs of the class is beneficial to their social relations and physical and mental health. Why not?

Third, self-confidence is very important. Self-confidence and hard work complement each other and promote each other. Hard work is the premise of self-confidence, and self-confidence will make you work harder. Because I study hard, I believe in myself and I am calm during the interview. When I talked about my achievements in all aspects, I saw satisfactory answers from their faces. Coupled with self-confidence, honesty and a little humor when speaking, I think I have succeeded!

Fourth, prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination, and you will have a psychological advantage when looking for a job. I don't think we should spend all our energy on finding a job, because that will push us to the wall and give us great psychological pressure. I feel much more relaxed when I take the postgraduate entrance examination. Of course, everyone has their own ideas, and some people are dedicated to postgraduate entrance examination or looking for a job. Only when the pressure is high can they have enough motivation.

It is also important to master certain employment skills. First of all, we must position ourselves accurately, don't do things that we are not sure about, and find our own goals. Employment is like an exam. You need to collect relevant information, review relevant knowledge, and learn interview skills temporarily without any interview experience. If you are fully prepared, you can reach an excellent level and pass the customs easily.
