(3) written test. The contents of the written test refer to the Outline of the National Civil Servant Recruitment Examination, which is mainly divided into administrative ability test and application.
According to the ranking of written test scores, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 (if the scores are tied, the tied people will enter the interview at the same time). (4) interview. The interview mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive qualities such as language expression, improvisation and logical thinking, with a full score of 100.
The candidate's final interview score is the average score of all interviewers. Applicants whose final interview score is lower than 60 points will not be hired by our unit; If the interviewer's final interview score of a position is below 60 points, the recruitment quota of the position will be cancelled.
After the interview, our company will study and determine the candidates to be hired.
(5) physical examination. Conduct a physical examination of the person to be hired. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
(6) publicity. Our unit will publicize the qualified candidates in the intranet of Lanzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (company) for 7 days.
(7) employment. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment agreement will be signed.

(3) Our company does not charge any fees for this recruitment, and at the same time, it does not specify counseling materials and does not hold training courses or remedial classes. The examination paper printing fee, marking fee, examination room rental fee and physical examination fee generated by recruitment shall be borne by our unit. Other expenses such as transportation and accommodation shall be borne by the applicant himself.
(4) Applicants who have signed an employment agreement with our company should report to our company within the specified time after graduation. If you fail to report for duty without justifiable reasons or fail to provide corresponding certificates when you report for duty, the employment agreement will not take effect.
(5) After being hired, the working environment monitoring administrator of the distribution center and the logistics equipment manager post candidates are all arranged to exercise in their respective county bureaus (marketing departments) in Honggu, Yongdeng, Yuzhong and Gaolan, and then adjusted according to the needs of the enterprise.
