Introduction of Tieling New District

Fanhe New District of Tieling, a northeast water city, is the first city in China with the river as its central axis. The planned area is 35 square kilometers, and the plane layout is rhombic, with water as the soul, river as the axis, Liaohe River, Fanhe River, Tianshui River and Ruyi Lake and Wang Lianhua Lake as its surroundings. The water surface area accounts for 15.7% of the urban area. Guanfeng Mountain spans the urban area, and Panlong Mountain highlights the weather, forming a distinctive feature of "two clear waters pass through the city and ten miles of lakes and mountains enter the city". It is a veritable "Northern Water City of China" suitable for human settlement, entrepreneurship and leisure.
